¿µ¹®³»¿ë (English Abstract) |
The relational data model doesn't naturally represent hierarchcal structures of geographical information because geographical information with hierarchcal structures should be represented by using artificial tables. Although object-oriented geographical information modeling provides a natural representation for geographical information. it is difficult to bulid hierarchical structures of objects. In this paper, to solve these problems. we suggest an object-oriented structuring method of geographical information that creates semi-automatically complex hierarchy to bulid hierarchical structures of geographical information objects based on vector data. A new object-oriented sturcturing method is a method for constructing object-oriented geographical information that creates automatically a higher level complex object by using message-passing protocols when users click the mouse on component objects.
